Ir. Ng Xu Li is the Managing Principal for the Mechanical Discipline at Xuper Consultants Sdn. Bhd., with close to two decades of experience in mechanical engineering consultancy. Her professional involvement covers the planning, design, coordination, review, and implementation of mechanical building services systems across commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, aviation, and mixed-development projects.

Her core area of expertise includes heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), fire protection systems, plumbing and sanitary services, smoke control systems, energy efficiency studies, and mechanical system optimization. She is experienced in providing practical engineering solutions that balance technical compliance, constructability, energy performance, authority requirements, and client objectives.
